Limes are rich in Vitamin C, plus contains fiber. Granny Smith Apple (green apple) contains lots of antioxidants which help fight against cancer. I choose Green Apple for the sweet and sour effect, plus it has a low amount of sugar compared to other apples. If you don’t want the sweet and sour effect you can always use Pink Lady’s for they have the lowest amount of sugar out of all the apples without the sour effect.
